About Us

History
The original premise of the Society was to unite young, female Valero Corporate Headquarters professionals living near each other in the Cibolo, Schertz, Garden Ridge area. The women realized that they were all looking for sophistication and a sense of friendship and unity in their communities. Thus, the Society was designed and created by Founders Jamie Baker of Cibolo and Megan Lehnhoff of Schertz on November 16, 2007.

Megan Lehnhoff
Megan Lehnhoff serves as a City Girl Society Founder.  When she is not at work or overseeing and planning CSG activities, she is likely enjoying one of her many diverse hobbies.  As an avid bow hunter, Megan spends many weekends in the woods, slinging arrows at deer, hogs, and whatever else may cross her path, excluding her husband.  She also enjoys running and has run the 2007 Austin Half Marathon, the 2008 Houston Marathon, and the 2008 San Antonio Marathon.  Due to recent foot issues, Megan has decided to retire from distance running and to become obsessed with yoga instead.  She still, however, is planning on running the Austin 2010 Half Marathon with her loving husband, Scott.  He is thrilled.  Megan also enjoys cycling and recently rode in her third MS 150 (to see a video of Megan on her bike, click here.  Besides working towards the betterment of CSG, some of her other hobbies include camping, traveling, and watching Texas high school football.  By all accounts, Megan is an extremist, typically taking things too far.  Once you get to know her, you will understand what this means.
